QSL Card - An Acknowledgement

QSL Cards are exchanged for proof of having made contacts between Radio Amateurs. The "proof" is in the form of cards-so-called "QSL cards"- which are highly personalised postcards which amateurs like to exchange to confirm their radio contacts with each other. The cards are also means of cultural and information exchange. An elaborate system has been developed to circulate the millions of cards generated each year all round the world through Bureaus. National Institute of Amateur Radio (NIAR) is one of many societies, which operates its own bureau for these cards.

About NIAR QSL Bureau

NIAR's QSL Bureau is active since 1983 and handled the VU4 & VU7 expeditions successfully and also mail forwarding Indian QSL Cards to several QSL Bureaus around the world.
