The
renewal fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn only from
State Bank of India in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer
(Head Quarters), Department of Telecommunications, New Delhi and
payable at New Delhi service Branch No.7687.
- Application
submitted after two years from date of expiry, justification is required
for non-submission of renewal application within stipulated period.
- Location of your station is different
from renewal application form residence address. Please submit original
licence with Rs.5/- Demand Draft.
